Originally formed in 1988 as the decaffeination resource for the Nabob Coffee Company, Swiss Water was later sold along with the Nabob Coffee Company to Kraft Canada. In May 2000, Kraft sold its interest in the Swiss Water facility, at which time the Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Co. Inc. was formed.
